CGNI successfully signed a loan agreement for CZK 9.7 bn and EUR 426 m

CZECH GAS NETWORKS INVESTMENTS S.À R.L. (A-/A-) in which ČEZ, a. s. indirectly holds 55.21%, signed a loan agreement in the amount of CZK 9.7 bn and EUR 426 m for the purpose of refinancing of its existing indebtedness and for other purposes. The agreement, which provides the drawing of credit for five years, was signed with a group of eleven banks.
