CGNI Receives AA in Its First MSCI Provisional ESG Rating

In 2025, CGNI completed its first MSCI Provisional ESG Rating and received an AA rating on MSCI’s seven-point scale (AAA–CCC). The outcome positions CGNI among the industry leaders in the management of ESG risks and opportunities.
The MSCI Provisional ESG Rating assesses corporate resilience to sector-specific ESG risks and opportunities that may have a material impact on long-term financial performance. The assessment is conducted over several months and is based exclusively on publicly available data and disclosures, with a focus on transparency, data quality and consistency.
Within the assessment, CGNI achieved a full score in Occupational Health and Safety, materially outperforming the industry average. CGNI also recorded above-average performance in the Environmental assessment area, reflecting a structured approach to the management of environmental factors relevant to its operations.
